I'm dealing with the same issue. When i try to play Madden on PS4 I cannot do the login verification because it wants to send the code to some email that I've never seen. I've tried contacting live support as described above, but there is no place to select between request a callback or speak with a live chat advisor. The only message I get says "Thank you for contacting us. We’d love to troubleshoot your issue and get you back in the game! To speed up that process, we need to talk to you on the phone." but then there is nowhere for me to input a phone number or anything like that.

You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.
To speak with a chat adviser:
Click on your product Origin
Then select 'PC
Manage my Account'
Can't log in
Finally, you can choose to begin a chat.

- 6 years ago@EA_Darko I've tried both of those options. Begin a chat is not offered, the only option says "Thank you for contacting us. We’d love to troubleshoot your issue and get you back in the game! To speed up that process, we need to talk to you on the phone."
I've also been dm'ing with the twitter support team, but they sent me the exact same instructions which led to the same outcome as above, and have stopped responding when I followed up about the dead end.- EA_Darko6 years ago

Hey @clayschiman our phone support is currently not live due to the Coronavirus.
Can you try changing your contact options to see if you can begin a chat?
