Change Email...verification code doesn't reach my email address, why!?

I can't do anything with my account because...verification code doesn't reach my email address! What's going on...I've been trying to change this for weeks! 😠

    Hi @Discente28 

    First check that the email hasn't been sent to your spam/junk folders and if it hasn't then you will need to contact an EA adviser to proceed further.

@EA_Darko Thanks I was on chat twice in 24hrs and thank god its all sorted now. 😃 I'm using a different secondary email address - I can choose this - for the verifications code and they arrive within a minute or two. :-)
