Community ManagerHey @Shenkuri what I would suggest doing is going ahead and right-clicking on the game icon in your My Game Library and then selecting repair game. What this will do is check your download files for any issues and fix them.

I clicked both the game file the details and the gear right click left click and there is no repair option in the drop down menu which my prior linked image shows. That.....and i'm not sure you can repair a game that's neve been installed on this particular computer before as there are no files to repair. Sidenote the locate game button is also grayed out further suggestion it's not on my computer.
