Command and Conquer Ultimate Collection wont launch

Hey, i have Command and Conquer Ultimate Collection and it wont start,when I try to launch any of the games from the collection, the origin just somehow goes on and of, but the game wont start and im not sure,when did this happened,becouse it used to work just fine last year and some time after that, but other game (Crusader no remorse,Battlefield 3) works fine and ive tried to clean cache and reinstall the games and origin few times, but it didnt work, so do you have any idea?

    Hello @kakalama631 

    Please try these steps:

    1. Go to Control Panel (the desktop version). 
    2. Clock and Region.
    3. Region.
    4. Click on the Administrative tab on the top.
    5. Under Language for non-Unicode programs, select the button Change system locale, then tick Beta: use unicode utf-8 for worldwide language support. 
    6. Restart your computer.
