Entered my preorder code for anthem but can't get into VIP demo

I created an ea account earlier this week to enter the code I got for preordering anthem for ps4 thru gamestop. I can see the terms of service screen but can't accept because of the popup overlay tha...

Digging deeper i was able to log in to the EA account linked to my PSN. I want them unlinked IMMEDIATELY. That account was clearly hacked. I don't recognize the birthday & the security question is in Russian, which i do not speak. Unlink the accounts NOW EA. The email address tied to the EA account i am currently on is the same one currently tied to my PSN & THE ONLY ONE AUTHORIZED. Fix this EA, or give me the tools to fix it myself thru one of your games or your completely worthless ea.Help. I care not which
