Procure o arquivo "EAProxyInstaller" na pasta do Origin. Vai em "propriedades" e marca a opção "executar como administrador". 

Look for the " EAProxyInstaller " file in the Origin folder. Go on " properties " and mark the " run as administrator " 
works for me
