I appreciate your suggestion, unfortunately that did not work for me. I've been in chat with the EA Help twitter teams and they don't seem to know how to solve this either. They are also refusing to transfer my games to my secondary account (which works fine btw).
After a lot of communication with EA Help Twitter, I am being told I can do an account merger/transfer of games? I will update if it works.
They told me they merged and transfered my games to my new account, but they did not.

Update: I was able to have my games transferred to a new account because there was no other solution that worked for me.
