Fifa 18-19 points
Recently bought 12000 points for fifa from Amazon and stupidly bought the fifa 18 instead of fifa 19 points. I redeemed the code then realised what I had done!
I contacted EA chat to see if they could transfer the points to my fifa 19 account. They said no after suggesting they could and put a smile on face. I have spent lots of money on fifa over the yrs and this will now be stopping !! A simple solution is all it needed. ! I may not of minded as much if it had not of been €80 !! Really annoyed and they have lost my custom and probably hundreds of pounds in the near future!!!
Sorry to say @randk450yrs but if out live support team are unable to transfer the points then there is nothing which we can do on AHQ.
All I can suggest is speaking with support again to see what if any options are available to you.
