Fifa 19 friendlies not connecting to certain friend

I've been trying to play Fifa 19 with a friend over friendlies but we couldn't connect.. We can play coop but not friendlies.. This is really disappointing, I couldn't find a way to fix... AND IT IS ...

It sounds like you may be having issues with your connections @AiAshour82. I would suggest taking a look at our Connection troubleshooting steps which you can find here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/

It'll take you a couple of minutes to do them all but please do take the time and do them all.
