FiFa 19 Problems on XBOX One

I can't open any packs. When I try to open up packs it says " It looks like you have some items to deal with" so I click on "OK" and it takes me to my Keep Items menu and there I find a blank item la...

Hey @Ziltoid2014 can you please go through the steps I posted above. The fact that you are getting an error message relating to connection may be relevant to your issue.

    @Ziltoid2014 i got the same issue. No one could help me out, they all said it was connectivity as well but I know it isn’t. I’m just gonna stop playing FIFA, and switch to PES 😏

      @ivanprince10 After about 2 weeks I was able to get rid of the blank card with the companion app for FIFA 19. Try that, good luck.
