I have it installed and can load the game on Series S, but it is only letting me play one game mode. The rest I try to hit A to play and nothing happens.

I am based in uk and that states on my account, i have got access to career mode but cant access other game modes that the email states such as online friendlies, seasons, trainjng arena and kick off.
can i have this resolved please
