DICE Team
Though I haven't played one in many, many years, I do remember the first I played. It was on the 3DO, many years ago, and was one of those games that showed the capabilities of the platform (that and need for speed of course). I did briefly play the latest on the PS4 last year when visiting someone, and though the animations were much, much smoother, texturing is much cleaner, and the crowd is much less of a cardboard cutout crowd, it is a testament to that system how the game still has some visual similarities.
Short story long, I liked it because it was purdy.
