How do you log into a child account?

Hi, I'm trying to log into my child account but I don't know how you do it. I've read that you can't log in on websites and that you need to use the player ID (which i know as well as the password)...

Hey @RoosterChicken04 you cannot change the age on an underage account. When the account is eligible to be an adult account then you will receive an email letting you know at which stage you can add an email to the account.

    Hey @TommyS191 if you are unable to update the account details from the main page of Origin or in your settings then you will need to speak with one of our chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further. 

     

    You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

    To  speak with a chat adviser:

    Click on your product Origin

    Then select 'PC

    Manage my Account'

    Can't log in

    Finally, you can choose to begin a chat.
