It looks like you've been able to reach out to appeal this with our Terms of Service team. They will contact you via email as soon as they've had a chance to review the situation.

Thanks I guess... so to confirm there is seriously no option of phoning at all..?

Not to reach the Terms of Service team, no. They deal with all the appeals via email as they need some time to investigate our records and the account activity for each appeal.
A phone callback would be available for certain issues that can be handled by an advisor, so generally speaking that would appear as an option when creating a case.
In this situation where you've submitted an appeal, it's just a matter of waiting for the ToS team to complete their investigation and get back to you that way, thanks for the patience while they're reviewing it.- 4 years ago
