- 5 years ago@CarbonCarl I have already contacted from that link and opened my case, EA sent me verification code to claim ownership of my account and game adviser is telling me to contact live and there is no link for live contact all you can do is send mail which they respond in like 8/9 hrs and I am getting same mail for like 3 days with different game adviser names. Do EA even hire real persons for support or just bots work for them, its so frustating.

They do offer live chat depending on the issue and time of day. Because of the situation it might not be available 24/7.
I don’t think they use bots, just maybe pre-made responses.
Try another option when creating a case and it might give you a live chat option. - EA_Darko5 years ago

To speak with a chat adviser:
Click on your product Origin
Then select 'PC
Manage my Account'
Can't log in
Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.
