Hello. Yesterday, I contacted EA Support using Live Chat. After chatting with the EA Support Agent, I submitted an e-mail per their advice. The follow-up to that e-mail was to contact them again via Live Chat as they're almost done with my case. I cannot find the the Live Chat option anywhere. I've Googled it several time, but the Contact Us page it takes me to doesn't have the option for it anymore. This site is so very slow and I've spent about 30 minutes now just clicking around trying to find it. Is there a direct link to it? Or, a way to know if the Live Chat service is down or not? Thank you. Edit: Sorry if I'm missing something obvious. I'm still pre-coffee.

So, I decided to just call them even though it makes me uncomfortable. Was told by the EA Support rep to fill out the account recovery forum. The exact same forum that I filled out yesterday and the reason I received an e-mail today asking to contact them. I'm just going in circles and it's starting to feel like I'm just getting scammed.
The Live Chat agent I talked to yesterday was so nice and helpful that I really thought I was making progress in recovering this account.

when i buy game 1 time and acctivate code gone sow buy second time maybe wont fix problem with PC controls ?

Hey @karma_its_a_bitc can I ask with which game is it that you are having an issue and are you trying to use a gamepad with your game on Origin or is it not allowing you to choose mouse and keyboard?

Hey @TOORMACHER2004, if live chat is not appearing for you then I would recommend selecting one of the other contact options.
