How to log into Help.ea.com with Xbox account?
Ok, so earlier today (5/22/21) I thought I linked my EA and Xbox accounts but it doesn't show on the EA side but does show on Microsofts side and I even got a confirmation email from them. I contacted EA through chat and I was told that there was an old EA account associated with my Xbox account that had been deleted so they are unable to unlink them. I saw a video showing you can log into this help website with your Xbox account and show what email is associated with the account. Every time I try even though it looks like it worked I get a red bar at the top saying my credentials are expired and to reset my password. Is it asking to reset EA or Xbox?

Then select 'PC
Manage my Account'
Can't log in
Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.
