I know the feeling, but it sounds like it's a fixable problem. Did you try running Origin as administrator?
Shut down origin, clear the DirectX folder, then right click on the Origin desktop shortcut (or program file) and select "Run as Administrator". You shouldn't have any access restrictions at that point. It's also possible that an antivirus or antimalware program is interfering.

I did all that, but no luck.
I tried the whole process with complete deactivation of windows firewall + AV. Nothing.
There's only one account on my computer, and it's the admin one. I really don't understands why this is happening. Maybe rebooting windows to factory settings?
