So i had the same problem don't try what GMSintax say so can say weather it will work or not but i did find a fix that work the first time for me.
1. download the new version of DirectX online and install.
2. delete the previous start download of the game.
3. Turn off all virus and malware software.
4. close out Origin all the way to the point you have to re-logo in.
5. once sign in try to re download.
Note I should note while the game download fine it would not download the sound track. But all i had to do was sign back out turn on the virus and malware software and sign back.
Then it download the soundtrack fine.
