I bought game thru instant-gaming and game didn't show up in Origin

Hello.. before about 1 hour i Buy Cities Of Tommorow on Instant-Gaming.. they give me code on paper or what that is.. and i went to Origin cause code didn't work for steam. I activate game thru My L...

I went to EA Support to redeem it again
"This code has already been used. FAQ"
I got no history in Origin.

    Yes this is the game i didn't recieve after i put code into origin. soo..

      If the code has already been used then you will need to contact the retailer @McDarkNeveur.

      As you purchased from a third party seller any issues with the will need to be discussed with them.

        I will try to contact them but you know.. this problem shows up in Origin Launcher not on Site of Instant-Gaming.
