I can't download Origin on my Mac.

Question

I've been trying to download origin for a while and there is no way to do so. I had Origin installed on my MacBook Air but I figured that it wasn't updating itself properly and thus couldn't update the platform neither the Sims 4 game I have purchased with all its expansions. Is frustrating and infuriating not to be able to do anything at all to download it and play the game. What is going on? Why the service and it's maintenance is so bad?

@GameXplorer2017&nbsp; Please use this guide to uninstalling Origin to remove any leftover hidden files:

Download a fresh copy of the installer and let me know what happens when you try to run it, not just whether it works or not but what you see on-screen.&nbsp; If you can't install Origin, please list your computer's operating system, not just macOS but the name and version, e.g. Monterey 12.5.
