Is my account hacked???
I recently purchased Madden 20. When it asks me to login to my origins account (presumably the one that is connected to my PSN) there is a verification email that does not belong to me. It seems like a fake email. It wants to us yd*****@emlhub.com I have never seen this email address in my life. I login to my Origins account online and there is my current email address. However, there are no listed accounts. I contacted ea help about the issue, and was told that I needed to fill out an account recovery form. I filled the form out and was told that the information given was not enough to recover my account. I now can't open another chat because I already have this open case. Is there a phone number to talk to someone? What do I do???
I'm afraid this is not a request our forum team nor players here can assist with. You'll need to get in touch with our Live-Support team for help around account recovery. This is a case where an email was used a long time ago during registration that you may have completely forgotten about or the account was accessed by an unauthorized party in which you'll need to prove you are the true account owner. We advise filling out another account recovery form and provide any details you may have left out to improve chances of passing account verification. It's unfortunate you have to go through this process, but we do take account security very seriously for our players and must be absolutely sure it's the owner before handing over the keys to an account.
If you are unable to recover your original account, creating a new PSN ID and linking it to a new EA account will allow you to log in Madden 20.
