Just bought Sims 4 but I can't link my accounts to play.

    Hey @Ivan-3rd,

    This could indicate an issue with the login information for the account, or that this particular account is already linked elsewhere.

    Please try resetting your account password to see if that changes anything for you.

    If you're still having that issue afterwards I would reach out to support directly so they can pull up the account with you and take a look at what's going on here. Thanks!
