MSVCP100.dll missing in windows 10
I just had my laptop upgrade to windows 10 and then when I tried to start Origin, it said the subject DLL was missing. It was there for 8.1. Can it just be reinstalled, or did they change something that causes this to need to be deleted?
Thanks
Jim
Hello everyone,
A missing MSVCP100.dll file refers to a version of Visual C++ 2010 being damaged, or not installed on the system. This version is available directly from the Microsoft website to repair the file:
32 bits version:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/download/details.aspx?id=5555
64bits version:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.a
spx?id=14632 Download and install both the x86 and x64 versions. If a message pops up stating that the versions are already installed, then instead choose the repair option. Restart the system once the installation or repair is complete.
If further MSVCP or MSVCR errors pop up then then follow the exact same steps for other versions of Visual C++ via the Microsoft website:
