MSVCP140.dll missing - in newly reinstalled Origin

Possibly not a NEW topic, since I'm not the only disgruntled user with a disk full of expensive EA games and no function Origin! Along with Adobe Acrobat and Office 365, Origin stopped working about...

After updating Windows 10 I am facing this error. Suggest me some practical solution to fix this error.

    Hey @kusum84 the issue is related to your system and not Origin as such can you try the steps that I posted above.

      seeing i have just upgraded my windows os system to windows 10 and have updated all my computer and am stilling having problems with the error of MSVCP140.dll ... I have downloaded your steps you posted and it still with not download. sorry to say after working on my computer all day restarting my whole computer 3 times in one day. At this point my friend and i had said that its on the origin update that isn't reading the dll correctly. i was hoping to not only play my sims 4 but buy more packs for my sims 4 game.
