I'm trying to get the apex legends loot, I thought I linked my account because I went to the page. But I didn't get it, and in my account it says no connected accounts. Also I did not link the wrong account.

I have tried reaching out to your company time and time again and time and time again am faced with a brick wall of endlessly looping help pages.
I have unlinked and relinked my EA account from Twitch many times. I have claimed the rewards successfully but I never receive them in game. The only place where I as the customer can actually see a problem is with EA. My Twitch account says I am successfully linked. My PS4 says I am successfully linked. Only on EA's website does it say 'No Connected Accounts' RIGHT after I connect them for the 20th time.
I'm really sick of this. I just want my free stuff. I know that sounds petty and 1st world problem-y but every time I log into Apex, I'm taunted by these news bars showing these cool skins that I'VE CLAIMED AND JUST CAN'T HAVE FOR SOME REASON NO ONE WILL TELL ME.

I'm having the same problem but my issue a little more complicated first, I linked the wrong EA account to prime gaming and in my scrambling and anger when I realized I didn't get rampart LT skin I was able to unlink from both twitch and prime the problem is that everytime I login to prime gaming it doesn't redirect me to EA login page so I can link the right EA account (this one) but instead takes me to this (picture) like I didn't unlink the accounts I called Amazon yesterday customer service was horrible but I have patience and hopefully all of us can get and enjoy this awesome skin before it goes away on Sept 24
same problem here I just got done contacting EA, Amazon, and twitch which is still amazon depending on the problem and the only one that can see anything wrong is on the EA end where he said its a linking loop and won't connect I've completely unlinked and signed out of everything amazon, EA, and twitch and reconnected it all with a rep from twitch/amazon for about 2 hours of troubleshooting and it appears that there's nothing I can do and the Issue is in EA's system
hey, have you got it to work now? I'm having the same issue, works everywhere except the connection doesn't show up on my EA account
Literally just got done with a rep and our conversation went almost EXACTLY like this. I don’t think there’s anything we can do. Pretty bummed I can’t get the horizon skin as I’ve sunk thousands into the game just to get screwed out of all twitch skins.
same problem here. EA is crap.
No I never found a fix. I quit playing Apex Legends. That worked.
You'll also notice that no developer or anyone related to EA has commented on this 1+ year old thread where other people are clearly having the same issue.
EA is the * game company ever to exist. They are scam artists.
