My EA credentials expired and the account was made with an email that no longer

I tried logging into eashl to play NHL21 online. I was notified my credentials were out of date or something along those lines. Ended up chatting with an advisor. He tried sending 6 digit code verifi...

I'm sorry to hear that, but we take account security very seriously and that why we have to make sure to get it right.

  1. Go to: https://help.ea.com/en/
  2. In the top right corner you click on Log In
  3. Select the option to log in 
  4. Click on Contact Us to get in contact with our support team

Hopefully this will get you a step further with our support team when you contact them, please let me know how it goes. 

@SAINTaubin55 The account recovery process might be a bit crazy, but it's like this all for a good reason, I do hope that you understand.

@EA_Jason Having the same exact issue as this guy and there’s one parroted response from all EA people to go through the same verification channels that don’t work. There needs to be a better way for this to work.
