My Verification Codes Aren't Working And It's Getting Annoying

For some reason every time I send a verification code it says its invalid, all I want to do is change my name cause the one I have right now is just random letters. I haven't found any way to disable a need for verification codes but for now I can't edit anything on my account, basically every option needs a verification code, so I can't add my other email to see if it works. Please help.

    For any account related issues @McDeep2 you will need to speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further. 

    You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

    To request a callback or speak with a chat adviser:

    Click on your product Origin

    Then select 'PC

    Manage my Account'

    Can't log in

    Finally, you can choose to receive a callback or begin a chat.

    Whatever you are linking to doesn't work anymore. I have the exact same issue. I am trying to update my email. It sends a verification code to that email. I put the verification code sent to me into the box provided and it says the code is invalid. Fix this or provide me with the contact details of someone who can. https://help.ea.com/uk/contact-us/ does not work nor does it provide me with the contact details of anyone who can help me.

    He @remylebeau42 I tested it just now and was able to create a case and speak with our support in seconds.

    What happens when you try to start a case?
