It sounds like you may be having issues with your connection @Xbox-Chf-Wiggum. I would suggest taking a look at our Connection troubleshooting steps which you can find here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/
It'll take you a couple of minutes to do them all but please do take the time and do them all.
Let me know how you get on and if you want to share your UO Trace then I'm happy to take a look at how your data is being routed.

Darko - Thanks for getting back to me so quickly, where do you want me to send the trace tests? Or should I just post them, The numbers don't seem that bad to me on the average times but really have no idea what I am looking at here. I have a radius set my geo-filter (location) for 600 miles around Chicago and it wont connect to any servers. I have to open it up further to include the states of OK, TX or NY in order to connect to one of these servers. Average ping times are about 50ms however I have recorded at least 50 videos of slow motion kills showing lapse of over 150ms delays between fire and hits. Every game I get shots off first and yet seem to lose fights so frustrating. Just as a comparison if I play Call of Duty, I almost always get a server near Chicago and have none of these problems, maybe a small delay but nothing like this. Sucks because I like Apex more but seems not to be able to connect to a ded. server any where close. I am curious if I use a VPN server if It would help route traffic differently to avoid some troubled hops or get me a server closer to my region. Data Center pings St. Louis but puts me in OK. If I choose Iowa it puts me in Dallas and NY is NY but nothing is near Chicago. Shouldn't St. Louis be St. Louis and Iowa Iowa? Thanks

This is the result every time with St. Louis Server selected. Which makes sense if you lived in St. Louis as it would be a lot closer. Iowa puts you in a Dallas server, You cannot connect near Chicago at all.

How is there no response on this. 5 seasons and no playable servers. Game sucks for people in the midwest.

@EA_Darko I like how on every post. Some one from EA comments and then nothing going forward. What is this? Almost like you want to appear like you care but then no solution follow or any information.

Hey @Xbox-Chf-Wiggum I get hundreds and sometimes thousands of responses to my posts every week and at times it can be a case that I may miss one. If replying please tag me in your post.
Can you post your UO Trace here so that I can take a look at it?

@EA_Darko I totally understand, I realize I don't tag you in the forums after I initially post. The UO report looks fine traceroute and poll. I am so confused on my latency issue. I have Gigabit internet service 1000 down and 45 up when Apex loads St. Louis is the closest server that pings 16-20Ms New York is about 35Ms. Anything around 50ms should really be unnoticeable.
I just recorded a clip of me dying falling of a building and numerous other videos of frames registering 1/6 of a second late which comes out to around 150ms. This is literally 95% of the games where I can record noticeable lag. I really don't notice it with other games which makes me think it is a server side issue. I notice Apex does not connect me to the regions I am selecting at ALL! St. Louis = Oklahoma and any of the IOWA servers = Texas. Respawn has the same servers for TitanFall is it just a matter of Respawn's infrastructure and servers locations not set up for people in the midwest. Thanks
