NOT SOLVED 6 month investigation going no where - suspended account

Preface:

I've been waiting over 6 months for this ticket to be responded to AT ALL, even an automatic response.

Some sort of ETA would be nice. 

So far all I've gotten is harrassed from Community Manager here "EA_Darko". EA_Darko - do not respond here please. Escalate this ticket or have someone else respond. 

All I'm asking for is an ETA. 

Do you really expect me to buy Sims4 and not play it for over 6 months for some fake investigation that's going no where, and you can't even give me an ETA?

All EA_Darko has done was said I just have to wait (essentially buying Sims4 to not play it) for some investigation that he cannot even prove exists.

My issues:

1. my Capnsafety789 account is apparently suspended, so I can't connect to any online features in The Sims 4.

2. When I first purchased The Sims 4 (through Steam) it automatically linked my Steam account to the WRONG Origin account.

I would like to UNLINK my Capnsafety789 Origin account from my Steam account, and instead link my Capnsafetypants Origin account to my Steam account.

So I can play The Sims 4 on my Capnsafetypants Origin account, and be linked to my Steam account.

    So apparently I'm being targetted. So before he does something drastic I'd like to officially request a refund of my Sims4 game. 

    I haven't been able to play it since I bought it because of this wrongful investigation. It started out as a mistake by Origin, because I've never shared my account. And I've seen many similar stories on these forums.

    ORIGIN/EA - REFUND MY SIMS4 PURCHASE PLEASE.

    Hey @capnsafety789 

    If your account is suspended or banned then there is nothing we can do on here, nobody has the power to access your cases or account info.

    Only the ToS team can deal with bans etc which is why we have to point you in that direction. Nobody here has control over the ToS team they are completely separate and deal with things there own way, so it’s out of our hands.

    All we can do offer the best advice or info we can, as this forum is for the community side of things, so players helping players.

    You will be able to unlink and then relink your Steam account but only when your suspension has been lifted/dealt with etc. I would say create a new case because 6 months seems way too long and not normal.

  • Okay well it's been well over 8 months, and this issue is still not resolved. Must be a slow team.

    I have not gotten any updates from them, they never even informed me my account was banned.

    Again this was a bad use of your ban ability, because I did not do the offense I was accused of.

    You say you've pointed me in their direction, yet you've given me no phone number, no email address, no nothing.

    Can you please help this time?
