NOT SOLVED 6 month investigation going no where - suspended account
Preface:
I've been waiting over 6 months for this ticket to be responded to AT ALL, even an automatic response.
Some sort of ETA would be nice.
So far all I've gotten is harrassed from Community Manager here "EA_Darko". EA_Darko - do not respond here please. Escalate this ticket or have someone else respond.
All I'm asking for is an ETA.
Do you really expect me to buy Sims4 and not play it for over 6 months for some fake investigation that's going no where, and you can't even give me an ETA?
All EA_Darko has done was said I just have to wait (essentially buying Sims4 to not play it) for some investigation that he cannot even prove exists.
My issues:
1. my Capnsafety789 account is apparently suspended, so I can't connect to any online features in The Sims 4.
2. When I first purchased The Sims 4 (through Steam) it automatically linked my Steam account to the WRONG Origin account.
I would like to UNLINK my Capnsafety789 Origin account from my Steam account, and instead link my Capnsafetypants Origin account to my Steam account.
So I can play The Sims 4 on my Capnsafetypants Origin account, and be linked to my Steam account.
