7 years agoOrigin connection to Ubisoft account
Hello,
I bought Assassin's Creed Syndicate Gold Edition through Origin. Although the base game has been successfully installed and available on my ubisoft account, the season pass is not. This problem I think is linked to the fact that when the Origin client tries to connect to the ubisoft account, it systematically fails.
I'm receiving the following error message: "We're sorry, there was a problem linking to your Ubisoft account. Please try again later."
Did anyone have a similar problem and managed to solve it? It's very annoying to buy something and not receiving it.
