Origin needs to download files and is waiting for permission.Please choose "YES"

Hii does anyone know how to fix this on a MAC? Everything worked fine before this newest update. I literally just got a new computer so I can play again. I got to play for a week before everything went to *. I’ve been trying to fix this for the past month. I’m angggy

    Lmao I didn’t realize my posts we’re being posted to the same place I thought I was on different threads. Anyways  I’m babysitting so I can’t get on my computer for awhile but it is the same “origin needs to download files and is waiting for your permission" message and nothing comes up to give it permission. I’ve tried everything I’ve already seen on this thread.

        @Bluebellflora Yes! i have the same problem
        I created a new account, tried the reset origin tool
        tried the diagnostic tool but nothing worked
        and I gave to Origin the full disk access
        but when I downloaded origin they asked me to download a helper and every time I click to download it doesn't work and then one time I clicked it and origin opened and since from here iv been having the same problem
