after I log into my origin, it takes me to second verification code with email, once I press “send verification code” this blank screen pops up and continue to circle around and disappear and appears again. I have tried “reset origin” and deleted the application and downloaded it back. I still continue to have this problem.
can I please get help, I would like to play sims again.
when I click sims to play on MacBook Pro, it sends to my origin to log in. I try to login but it keeps the spinning circle that its trying to load my profile and the origin app keeps jumping. I get a message once I try to force it to quit it is saying Origin(not responding). I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, cleared cache, use the fist aid tool, reset origin tool, and tried to see if I could create a new account but it still does the same. I reached out to EA and my issue is still not resolved because they have not properly reached out to me.So anyone, PLEASE HELP!

The only other workarounds I know of at the moment are to disable two-factor authentication, which you can do on ea.com > account profile > Security; or to create a new admin user on your Mac and use Origin there.
Same. Anyone have a fix for this?
I redownloaded and *replaced* my old Origin. It finally let me log all the way in. Didn't even ask about verification this time.
