Origin will not keep me signed in

For the past week or two, I've had to sign in to Origin every time I launch the app despite having "Keep Me Signed In" checked.  Often times this is accompanied by repeating two-step-verification, so...

    There was a another thread with the perfect fix but I guess the OP deleted it after getting his problem solved (very nice). What I, and many others, did was just delete all trusted devices from your account and uncheck remember this device when doing the two-factor authentication. Now it has worked for several days for me, eventhough my computer is basically an untrusted device...

This problem is known and looked at by EA.

This is what helped me with this issue:

  • Clearing Origin cache and the Windows Temp files as laid out in @yahel_1 post. (Make sure Origin is completely closed)
  • Reboot
  • Run Origin as an Administrator. (Right click the Origin shortcut > Run as an Administrator)
  • Uncheck and then check the "Remember Me" and the "Remember this Computer/Device" check-boxes again.
  • Customize the Origin settings as you wish.
  • Restart Origin > test.

    Thank You @buggla. I had three trusted computers (I have only one) and untrusted all three. Now it seems to be working fine.
