Problem while opening Origin launcher

Sorry to hear that you are having issues @Alexis_DeWitt.

There are a couple of things to try if you have the time.

The first thing to do is clear the Origin cache.

You can clear the Origin Cache by following the steps below:

1. Completely log out and close down Origin
2. Hold down the Windows key and R
3. Type in "%ProgramData%" (without quotes) and click OK
4. Now open the Origin folder.
5. Delete all the files and folders in the Origin folder, except for LocalContent (do not delete this one)
6. Hold down the Windows key and R
7. Type in "%AppData%" (without quotes) and click OK
8. This will take you to a Roaming folder, which is located inside of AppData. Delete the Origin folder
9. Click on the word "AppData" at the top of your window
10. Open the Local folder here
11. Delete the Origin folder listed here
12. Restart your PC and log back into Origin

After that, a full uninstall of Origin: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/manually-uninstalling-origin/

You can use CCleaner to remove all files and makes sure that nothing is left behind: https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download

Once done there's no harm in running the Windows File checked to look for any issues:

• Open up Task Manager. The quickest way is to press CTRL+SHIFT+ESC.
• Once Task Manager is open, click the File menu option, followed by Run new task.
• Note: Don't see the File menu? You may first have to click on the More details arrow at the bottom of the Task Manager window to show a more advanced view of the program, including the File menu. 
• In the Create New Task window you see now, type "cmd" in the text menu, and check the Create this task with administrative privileges box.
• Now it should open up a black box with a blinking cursor. Write sfc /scannow and press Enter.

Once all this has been done you can reinstall Origin and please run as administrator.
