No i am sure that i did not, however i linked my EA account to amazon after i claimed it. Also Amazon customer support suggested that due heavy demand rewards could have a delay before getting activated.

Hey @creatabobob, if you claimed items before linking accounts then it may be the case that they will not be added to the account as there was no account for them to be redeemed on at the time of claiming them.
Amazon Prime support will be able to offer more support around how it works.

Thanks, that's what i thought but i wanted to ask just in case. I think you are right and i have to reclaim it somehow but Amazon support just told me to wait longer. I'll try to check out with them again after a day or two . Thanks a lot for your support i am ever grateful

I’m having a similar problem to post above but I had my account linked.
have been waiting for a day or so now for the skin for Valkyrie to come through
I was told it had issues
