Community ManagerHey @Dannygarcia10 if it is a case that the menu is moving up and down can you go ahead and ensure that you unplug any controller input or USB devices bar the one you are using to control the game.

Ea darko im am gettin this exact problem. I thought it was my controller to begin with. I dismantled and cleaned it all up yet the menu in fifa was still as wild as ever. I have no other devices plugged in. No other game has a problem and the xbox accessories app is showing no inputs from my controller in test mode. I been playing since release on pc and this game is buggy to say the least. But now its unplayable because i cant even navigate the menu with my mouse then plug my controller in during game because ea makes u quit from tabbing out the game or changing the controller which is the most backwards idea i have ever encountered. WE NEED ANSWERS, PATCHES AND FIFA POINTS

Hello. I have the very same issue with FIFA 20 on PC. I have the new Xbox Series controller and once I start the game, press button on controller, it is moving more times than I pressed. I tried without controller, using keyboard and mouse and it is fine, but I want to use my controller. Can you please advise what to do? Thanks.
