Hey @dafnaboy1 it is not possible to refund FIFA points in a situation such as this.

    @EA_Darko Then we will just banned your account and all the money u spent on fifa points is useless now?!. There have to be a refund!!

    Hey @dafnaboy1, if you have a ban on your a then you will need to speak with our TOS team.

    They are the only team who can assist you.

    Already did and got  a reply that am involved with money distribution. Which I didn't. This is a dead end so refund is a must I paid alot.
