@GameXplorer2017  Please use this guide to uninstalling Origin to remove any leftover hidden files:

Download a fresh copy of the installer and let me know what happens when you try to run it, not just whether it works or not but what you see on-screen.  If you can't install Origin, please list your computer's operating system, not just macOS but the name and version, e.g. Monterey 12.5.
