Re: MSVCP140.dll missing?

Hi @jmtoljanic

Usually we can fix errors like that by installing the Visual C++ Redistributable files from Microsoft.

For more information on how to download the files check out the Microsoft Support website. Be sure to download both the x86 and x64 versions of the files.

Let me know if you're still getting that same error message afterward. Thanks!

    Hey @mathew19farley69

That type of error usually means something was corrupted in the install for the Visual C++ Redistributable files. Can you try running the Windows System File Checker to see if it's able to find any issues? You can find more info on how to run it at the Microsoft Support website

Once you've been able to run the System File Checker, try installing the Visual C++ Redistributable files one more time. Let me know if you're still getting the same error. Thanks!

    Hi @m7md077

Could you share a DxDiag when you've got the chance? For more info on how to pull one up check out the EA Help website. Once you have the text file please attach it to this thread.

    Thanks!
