I’ve been doing that for the past week. Literally fighting with you guys to recover my account. But apparently nothing I provide to you guys is enough. This is ridiculous. I’m tired of hearing the same thing over and over.... the account is literally connected to MY Xbox account, what more do you even need? The worst customer service i’ve ever had to deal with before.

Sorry to say @AutumnSimsLovver but if the info you provided to the team is not enough to verify ownership then our team will be unable to make any changes or allow you access to the account.
I'm locking this thread as there is nothing that we can do on AHQ to change this and the best thing I can recommend is to gather as much additional info as possible and speak with the team again.

It’s absolutely the worst. I’ve had the same issue and was fighting with them sending them email after email apparently they want information I physically can’t get from the account anymore. It sucks a lot
