Have the same issue with my 4K laptop at 200% scaling (Windows' recommendation is 250%).
If you have updated to Windows 10 Creator Update then you can workaround with this setting:
To be honest it is unacceptable for a company like EA to unable to fix this issue. I will never buy a game from EA/Origin again.

Wow! Thank you for the above Gladonel, this worked for me and I've been trying to fix for month's now (waited for years for Origin to update to a new client interface and still have/had scaling problems with the new update).
I have had Origin for years now, and have been using a 4k TV as my monitor for at least the last 2 years and it is disappointing to see that they still can't get their gaming client right. Steam has constant updates, which is sometimes an inconvenience, but has a very smooth and much superior interface.
EA, your quality control with regards to your Origin client is lackluster. 4k monitors are not a niche, they will and are becoming the future of gaming. Applications that don't scale properly with high resolution monitors are unacceptable, especially from such a giant company.
