Sorry for any confusion with this one. Updating the email address should just be done at the site you've mentioned, so if you're still receiving emails at a completely different email address after that point you'll need to reach back out to support so they can have a look.

I'm not sure why those were closed without a reply, but I'd definitely suggest reaching out to an advisor directly. If you prefer you can also speak with them over Twitter or Facebook instead.

We're not able to review any specific account details via the forums, so an advisor should be able to check and see what other information may need to be updated.

    Thanks for your response Mako, unfortunately I already reached out two times to an advisor directly as you suggested but as I mentioned the tickets were always closed/resolved without any reply on the matter.

    I have no twitter account. I could try fb but not sure if I want to drag my personal fb account into this trouble.
