Re: Sims 4 not launching

I am also having these same issues. I have tried all your suggested fixes, but the game still will only reach the first title screen with the animated sim diamond flying in but then it will just close out of the game. I do not have any mods, and like I said I tried all the options you gave. Is there something else I can do? 

@Lking794  So you've moved or renamed the Sims 4 folder in Documents > Electronic Arts, and the game still won't load?  If that's the case, and your computer runs Windows, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

Hi.  I tried all the step and even more step provided by other players but nothing seems to work. I don't play with mod or anything extra just the base game and some DLC's. but after multiple tries to fix it still with the same error. I download the game multiple times and also origin form different sources (automatically from steam and Origin Website). and nothing seem to work.

i have tried every thing, every on has told me to do but i still wont work i have finally gotten to even open origin and i payed for sims 4 and also got a new pack i really want to play but i cant if you have another (maybe easier) thoughts please tell me because i would try anything at this point 

Same thing here. It's obviously not anyone's set up. I have no mods. 

It's been working fine on Origin and EA App but this week (I assume the latest update) it tries to verify the latest update then has an error message. 

I have reinstalled through origin from disk then it uploads all the expansions but when it tries to do the update of the base game in Origin or EA App it gives error messaging. 

So disappointed, Been playing since Sims orginal. 

I downloaded Two mods i deleted the two yet my sims wont launch it takes me to worlds lets me pick the family but wont go any further
