That's ok, thanks for trying the steps. Sadly, there isn't any other way for you to get that username on the EA account if the system says no. That error message happens mostly because the name that is being entered in for updating is already taken by another EA account user, or because the security filter has flagged the name as inappropriate.

In those scenarios, our support team wouldn't be unable to remove the name from another account, or manually force the name update through to get it passed our security filter either. I'd recommend trying a variation of that username to get something close to 'Mufko'.
