If you're being prompted to reset your password over and over, it sounds like you're resetting the password for the incorrect email or login details for your account.

If you don't know the current email associated with your account, and you need help locating that, you'll need to get in touch with the live support team- account recovery isn't something we can help with over the forums since we don't have access to your specific account details. You can contact live support for help on regaining access to your account by reaching out from the help site here- once the team has verified that you're the owner of this account, they can help you update the email on your account so you can login and access your games again.

    @EA_Solaire OMG thank you! <3 I've been trying like everything and it wasn't successful at al. But I've followed your instructions and now I could log in, thank you! I'm so grateful 🙂
