REDEEM CODE.

I couldn't dowload/upgrade my game even though I tried everything so I created a new origin account but this time I can't add game becaues redeem code has already been redeemed. What should I do??

    Hey @4895084 have you checked your install path to ensure that it is set correctly?

    It's no harm trying a new Windows admin account and seeing if you can download the game from that account.
