Refund request on FIFA 23

May I ask you if there's any aspect where there is something that you CAN do? Because it seems, through all the help forums I've navigated, that you and your teammates at EA Help are  unable to do anything at all. Deflecting and ignoring help requests seems to be what you guys do best! Congratulations!

how about you take action in regards to fixing and making the game, in which we all payed for, playable. this morning my game has crashed 7 times before even making it to the menus

Getting disconnected before the game even loads is a blessing I promise you. Whatever this game is it isn't a football sim I can tell you that much. 

Hi @EA_Darko , I have asked fro a refund in time and have a refund case number but its been 2 weeks and I have not received my money back or an update at all. EA helo is just stalling via chatbox, I have been in chats 4 times more than 40minutes with no result. What is going on - I need my money back !

Going to lock this thread as there is nothing more that we can do to assist on AHQ.
