MAC - ORIGIN
My game is stuck on v.1.99.305 and is refusing to update. I've tried:
The "Update Game" option in Origin
The ResetOrigin tool.
Uninstalling & Reinstalling Origin
Any help would be much appreciated.

Mine won't either. Where are you geographically and which version of macOS are you running?
Origin isn't even showing there is an update for me.
Edit - I'm in the UK and this is happening on 3 different Macs, 2x Intel and 1x Silicon machines running Catalina and Ventura.
I'm in the UK - running the latest version of MacOS Ventura.

Could you please run an Origin Error Report with these steps, and then provide your Report ID in the thread here so we can investigate into this further?
Same issue in the US latest version of Mac Ventura. Game won't update to Mac: 1.100.144.1230
I tried to do a report but that failed, see attachment. My connection is fine.
Mac OS Monterey in the US.
Also got “unable to submit your report please check your internet and try again” when trying to submit Origin error report.
Internet connection is fine.
I'm having the same issue too! have restarted, repaired, uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing is working sadly. I've cleared cache and stuff. It just keeps saying my game is up to date. No error codes or anything.
@EA_Solaire I got "Unable to submit" message - my internet is fine.
It seems that something is wrong on Origin's end.

I'm on Mac Origin too, having the exact same issue as well!
TS4 is not updating despite re-installing Origin, the game itself, removing the EA folder from Documents, logging off from Origin. It doesn't display any available update. I can't send an error report, it says that I'm offline despite being online and my internet connection being completely fine !
Please help, a lot of Mac users on Twitter are experiencing the same issue too.
