Sims 4 expansion pack won't install

I just downloaded a Sims 4 expansion pack but I can't get it to install. I even searched for it and found it in the store and it has a view in library button but no install button.

Followed every step,,,still cannot install add on pack. Game updated and repaired. When I click on install button, nothing happens. HELP!!!!
